Finance and Operations Manager
A native of Birmingham, Alabama, Haley Miller has called Nashville home for the last 9 years. As the daughter and granddaughter of public school teachers turned nonprofit executives, Haley has a personal and professional interest in working toward making high-quality educational opportunities more accessible to students across Middle Tennessee through nonprofit empowerment and student scholarships. Haley is thrilled to join the Scarlett Family Foundation as the new Finance and Operations Manager having held roles in nonprofit grantmaking, grants management, and operations/human resources. Haley received a B.A. in Social Work from Auburn University and a Master of Social Work from the University of Alabama with an emphasis in Program Planning and Agency Administration. She has served on several Nashville-based nonprofit boards and is an alumnus of the Young Leaders Council (2020) and Nashville Emerging Leaders (2024). In her free time, Haley enjoys baking, visiting farmer’s markets, volunteering, and traveling with her husband.
